[WSBAPT] Referral for health insurance attorney

I have clients who were planning to get married later this year.  Unfortunately she developed a fast growing, aggressive and expensive-to-treat cancer.  She has Obamacare, which is OK, but not the best policy for the condition.  He on the other hand has an excellent Regence policy under COBRA, and wishes that she could get on it, but they are both worried about the step-off from one policy to another.  They are thinking of getting married right away to facilitate the switch, but they wonder what guarantees there would be in such a switch, or whether the insurance risks are too great, and whether they best leave things as they are.....

Are there any lawyers out there who I can refer them to who understand the nuances of consumer health and insurance law?
