Nevermind. I looked it up in 11.40.020
and the notice of credtiors isn’t required to be published in the county of residence (when probate is pending in a different county) if the decedent resided out of state.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Publish Notice to Creditors in Juneau
I have a Washington Probate going where decedent died in Alaska but left property here.
I assume I have to publish a notice to creditors in the area decedent passed away (however I haven’t ever done that) because probate is in a county other than the county of residence.
If so, can someone suggest a paper to publish in, in Juneau?
Thanks
Josh
