[WSBAPT] Questions about judicial foreclosure process

List mates,

What has been your experience with Sherriff sales pursuant to judicial foreclosures?  Have bids been just about the price to redeem? Significantly more?  Is there even ability to indicate a current trend?

Is the process and timeline to interplead excess funds the same as non-judicial foreclosures?

If anyone has any experience they'd be willing to share or a few minutes to speak offline so I can share a few more salient facts, I'd certainly appreciate your time.
