[WSBAPT] TEDRA Petition for Waste & objection to PR Fees

I am drafting a TEDRA petition against PR of estate for utter waste.  Estate filed 5 years ago and over the years, PR has spent over $225k in a "remodel" of the estate home which had a starting value of $100k.  It is now worth $225k so essentially took 5 years to waste $100k of which monies were paid to PR's wife for yardwork (unnecessary).  Home is still not listed for sale.  PR is now making claims to get paid for being PR and all his work on the house...  I have found very little on TEDRA besides TEDRA seminar April 2015 and Jan 2007 TEDRA CLE.

If someone has prepared a TEDRA petition dealing with waste and PR fees, I would appreciate receiving a copy.  My clients would like this put into mandatory mediation as soon as possible.
