[WSBAPT] Referral for real estate attorney to handle foreclosure

I have a client that jointly owns a property on Camano Island.  He and his sister sold the property on a Note and Deed of Trust to a third party purchaser (LLC) who now appears to be in default.  Balloon is due this December, but purchaser has been 3 months behind in his payments from the beginning, and has asked for a 2-3 year extension on the baloon (which was denied by email).


I am looking for a referral for someone to advise my client and his sister and to handle the foreclosure on this property.
