[WSBAPT] Trust revocation

I use a similar form.  However, my form contains an additional sentence
stating that the Trustee shall retain full authority to transfer trust
assets until all assets have been transferred out of the Trust.

Does anyone have a form for the revocation of a revocable living trust they
would be willing to share? The trust in question has not been funded.
