[WSBAPT] Referral for real estate attorney Maricopa County, AZ

An existing client of mine is looking for someone who can assist in clearing title to some land in Maricopa County, AZ.  The land is owned by family Ltd partnership, and one of the children (suffering from dementia) quit claimed the property to a third party.  The child had no authority to do so, as he was a limited partner, and no reference was made to the partnership at all in the deed.


The remaining family members would like to clear title in the property so they can later sell it.


All referrals would be welcome.
