[WSBAPT] Notice of Sale of Real Property RCW 11.56.080

Thank you.  We have an offer of $500k but one of the family members (out of 9) thinks we should be able to get a better offer even though the appraisal came in at $492k.  So, the judge agreed yesterday and ordered I publish the notice of sale.
