[WSBAPT] TOD deeds

[jeffrey winter]

My recollection is that when these first came out by statute, they appeared fairly limited -- it didn't seem that they provided for much flexibility with respect to contingent beneficiaries.  Have there been any developments with respect to the use and acceptance of these deeds?
