[WSBAPT] IRA an employee benefit plan?

Power of attorney says:

"Attorney is given and granted hereby full power and authority to designate
the beneficiary under any policy of life insurance and under any employee
benefit plan..."

Would a regular old IRA qualify under this language? Kind of stumped on
this one (I have an idea but I'm not going to tell you!!).

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
