[WSBAPT] Referral to family law/estate planning lawyer for guardianship matter

Hello Listserv mates:
I have a client in need of a litigator to handle a guardianship matter that will be contested.  The PC is the granddaughter, who currently has POA over the grandfather's matters.  Grandfather is suffering from some level of dementia and is being taken advantage of by daily caregivers (missing items and cash from home) and tenants in grandfather's investment properties who have stopped paying rent.  Grandfather is belligerent and will contest any proceedings to appoint a guardian.
Grandfather lives in Pierce County. PC lives in Seattle.  PC just wants to get her grandfather to a  safe place and have the ability to deal with the investment property issues.
Any suggestions for Piece County family law/estate planning litigator  much appreciated.
