[WSBAPT] Referral about estate in England trust in Canada

Hi, all,

I was asked by a Washington resident for advice on his mother's estate.  She lived and died recently in England and was a beneficiary of a trust in Canada.  He isn't looking for someone to handle a probate but for advice on what is happening.  I'd appreciate any referrals.
