[WSBAPT] Rights Transfer

Other than a kind but somewhat off topic response from Jim Dolan, I don't think I saw any responses to my query below. I am still hoping for a referral for a client who needs to get a self-published book/booklet transferred into a first-party special needs trust. Can anybody out there suggest themselves or someone else?

Best,

Jacob

Subject: [WSBAPT] Rights Transfer

I am considering a situation where a person has a first-party special needs trust. The person is self-publishing something that will be sold. She needs to get something or other into the trust so when people buy her book/pamphlet, they pay the trust, not her. And so the trust owns the rights to the piece which will be worth more than - hopefully! -- $2,000 (Medicaid's asset limit.)

Is there anyone out there who I could consult with or refer this client to? This may not be too hard to do, but I haven't done it before.

Thanks,

Jacob Menashe
