Listmates,

I have a couple of estate planning clients with restaurants (held as the
sole members of an LLC) who wish the businesses to be sold when they
die. Does anyone have a clause for a will they are willing to share that
would direct the sale but also give authority to the PR to continue the
business while the business is on the market? Are there other issues
that should be addressed in the will concerning the business? I've
looked through CLE materials but they usually discuss retaining the
business. Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks!
