[WSBAPT] Tenant has a problem

Hi, Listmates,

I got a call today from someone I have worked with over many years on a variety of legal matters.  She is quite old and somewhat disabled.  She lives in SAG housing North of Seattle (in King County).  She got an eviction notice and needs help dealing with it pretty soon.  She has a friend with a car, so she can go to a meeting.  She has some money, though probably not enough for a lawsuit.  She might just need someone to review her paperwork and give her advice.  I don't think she can make good use of the legal clinics that I know about.

Any suggestions?  Thank you.
