[WSBAPT] referral

I would like to refer  a client in a lawsuit to someone who is willing to handle a suit by 2nd mortgagee, who did not get paid off in the 1st mortgagee’s foreclosure action.  Client may have some procedural defenses and wants someone to negotiate a deal for her.
