I have an estate in which the decedent's left his primary residence to his daughter. She has been difficult to work with (she is not the PR) and uncooperative, though she moved in right away. We are ready to transfer title to her, but I don't think she'll agree to sign the REETA as grantee. Does anyone have any suggestions?
