[WSBAPT] DSHS Lien

DSHS will remove their lien if the surviving spouse wants to sell the property.

They cannot enforce it during the life of the surviving spouse.

When DSHS OFR sends a notice of intent to lien but defers enforcement because there is a surviving spouse, will they try to enforce it when the real property is sold during the surviving spouse's lifetime or will they enforce it only upon the death of the surviving spouse?
