[WSBAPT] DSHS Lien

[Jayne Gilbert]

When DSHS OFR sends a notice of intent to lien but defers enforcement
because there is a surviving spouse, will they try to enforce it when the
real property is sold during the surviving spouse's lifetime or will they
enforce it only upon the death of the surviving spouse?
