I have a potential client who has an idea for a business, wants to do some television promotion of it. He wants to shop his idea around, maybe find some partners. He'll need the standard documents and agreements to keep such conversations private and/or protect his business idea. Not my field of practice, so any names to pass on to him are appreciated.
