[WSBAPT] Service on Wa Mu

I need to start an action to clear a deed of trust in favor of Wa Mu since the underlying debt is barred by S/L Title still shows Wa Mu as owner of D/T The question who do I serve since I believe Chase acquired the assets of Wa Mu but this one has not been transferred. Does anyone have any thoughts on service? Do I serve Chase as the successor in interest to Wa Mu.? Thanks
