Hello, list mates –

No response to my last inquiry about “situs wills”, so I’m trying one more time. Anyone out there who has drafted these? Clients own property in India, and we want their U.S. will to apply only to U.S. assets. They will create a separate will in India for the assets there. I want be sure I’m using the right language.

Thank you and happy Friday!

Sharon
