Hello,

I have a business client who owns an auto dealership who has to open a
trust account under his business to hold deposits required under RCW
46.70.180. The bank refuses to open a trust account unless there is a trust
document "with a court stamp" on it. I am wondering if anyone has ever
encountered something similar and has a template or sample to share and/or
has ever had to set up a trust account for a business of any kind and if
so, I would love to just speak with them on the specifics and the process.

Any help would be awesome!

Thanks,

could be in court or meetings. Thanks!
