[WSBAPT] Referral Request - Boise Idaho Purchase of Business

Seeking an attorney located in the Boise area to assist a PC with the
purchase of a business.  The seller is a close friend of the PC.  It is my
understanding that the business owns real property and that there may be
some seller financing involved.  PC indicated that time is of the essence
due to deteriorating health of the seller/friend.  Any and all referrals,
including self-referrals, are welcome and will be passed on to the PC today.
