[WSBAPT] Probate in Michigan - referral or advice

Listmates,

Client has convoluted probate situation in which deceased had some ownership in real property in Michigan, (which may or may not be owned as TIC) with another person who died one week later also likely on title.  

Looking for referral to probate attorney in Michigan to do ancillary probate for the first deceased, and possibly some form of probate of the estate of the 2d property owner to die.

Client has limited funds for this until the Michigan real estate sells, which cannot happen until this ownership and then probate process matter is addressed.

Also may need a real estate listing agent for the Michigan property(in Washtenaw County, near Milan), if anyone happens to know one.
