[WSBAPT] Referral for an International Banking Attorney

Hello,

I have a PC who had a bank account at a Swiss bank that fraudulently used
the funds and disbursed the funds to fictitious individuals and is now
refusing to provide information to PC. I am looking for any referrals for
attorneys that may handle this type of case.
