[WSBAPT] Guardian of Minor Child

Good morning,

I have clients who are not US citizens and would like to appoint an overseas guardian for their minor children. Would anyone be willing to share tips with me about how best to approach this? They have said that they might be willing to appoint a temporary local agent. Thank you in advance for your help.
