[WSBAPT] Will and Death Certif different names

Good morning,

I have a very old Will (onionskin!),  with a decedent who divorced and married since the Will, resulting in a Death Certificate with a different name.  In the pleadings, I will of course explain that, and use “aka”.   

I assume I am to file the probate under the current name, but should I instead file it under the name on the Will?
