[WSBAPT] Looking to Hire Part-time Bookkeeper

My firm's bookkeeper has let us know that she would like to leave the legal bookkeeping field, so we are looking to hire a replacement bookkeeper.  If you know of anyone who might be interested please pass this information on to the person.  Thanks!


Part-time law office bookkeeper needed, 18-20 hours per week

Must have at least 5 years bookkeeping experience in a law office setting, including experience with IOLTA accounts.  Must know TABS3 legal accounting software.

Responsibilities include billing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and trust accounting.  The qualified applicant should have superior computer and bookkeeping skills, including knowledge of TABS3, Word, and Excel, along with strong communication, organizational and time management skills.  The ability to prioritize workload and work independently is also a must.
