Subject: [WSBAPT] Attorney Recommendation in South Dakota?

 

PC is changing residency to South Dakota and needs basic estate planning documents drafted and possibly advice regarding residency for income tax purposes.  No real property and not a federally taxable estate. Does anyone know of a good estate planning lawyer in South Dakota (doesn't matter where) who might be able to answer these questions?
