[WSBAPT] Successors to Green Tree Acceptance Inc. besides Ditech?

Happy Friday all,

Besides Ditech, does anyone have any knowledge of other entities that assumed Green Tree accounts?  I'm particularly looking for the successor to Green Tree Acceptance Inc. that specialized in financing the purchase of manufactured homes.  I need the successor to release its security interest on a long paid off 1985 contract for purchase of a Kentwood manufactured home.  It's feeling like a rabbit hole I may not extricate myself from this fine Friday and your suggestions are appreciated, as always.
