[WSBAPT] Minors inheriting property in Spain

Hi, listmates,

I have an American client who owns real estate in Spain.  I am revising her will and want to include mention of it even though I advised her to also get a Spanish will.  She wants to leave the apartment to two minors who live in Seattle.  The Spanish will being done by a Spanish abogado will cover however they leave real estate to minors, but I'm stumped about what to say in her US will.  Any ideas?
