[WSBAPT] Will Contest - Undo Influence

I have a PC who believes that an individual unduly influenced the drafting of the last will.   Where have we heard this before?  I tried to find a template or form to use in drafting the petition, but have been unsuccessful.  If someone has a template, form or petition that they are willing to share that would help guide me it would be greatly appreciated.
