[WSBAPT] IRS Waiver of 60-day rollover period

Has anyone had luck getting the IRS to grant a waiver of the 60-day IRA
rollover period? I have a PC who really doesn't have an excuse, except for
stupidity (she thought she was putting it into an IRA, when in fact,she
just put it into a CD.) After reviewing the procedure, I'm thinking she
wouldn't qualify but wanted to see if anyone has had experience with one of
these.
