[WSBAPT] Chase Bank wont accept POA

I have a stamp which says certified to be a true and correct copy. I stamp the document and sign my name. For additional gravitas, I affix my notary seal. To be extra sure, I do this at the top of the first page and underneath the signature on the last page. I believe this is among the notarial acts.

It always seems to work.

Same here, especially when you point out the absolving of liability feature
plus hammer of attorney fees if they don't have a good reason to reject the

Thanks all. The client has only a day or two to live so any fight will be
too late. Im helping AIF find another avenue to get result he needs, but
still am planning on having a little sit-down at a future date with the
branch manager to discuss this - its appalling.
