Same here, especially when you point out the absolving of liability feature
plus hammer of attorney fees if they don't have a good reason to reject the

Thanks all. The client has only a day or two to live so any fight will be
too late. Im helping AIF find another avenue to get result he needs, but
still am planning on having a little sit-down at a future date with the
branch manager to discuss this - its appalling.
