Tell Chase you will seek attorney fees under RCW 11.94.120 if you have to file a petition in court for Chase to honor the DPOA because their rejection of the DPOA lacked good faith of an impropriety on the AIF's part.

Chase says not valid unless filed and stamped by the court. Im used to garbage from BA but havent had such dealings with Chase. Anyone had the pleasure?
