[WSBAPT] Citation to Umpqua Bank

I have drafted the Petition to Issue a Citation to Umpqua Bank to appear and show cause why it allowed a former Administrator to withdraw monies from the estate account after being provided with the Order Removing Administrator & Appointing New Administrator.  Do you know how to ascertain who I serve at the Bank?  The account was at the Bellevue Branch but I provided the Order Removing Administrator and Appointing New Administrator to the Gig Harbor branch.
