[WSBAPT] Building defects referral

I got a call from someone who recently bought a new residence in Seattle.  The foundation has leaked, resulting in lots of mold and related problems.  The builder is fixing that and other problems, but the homeowners are worried about even more defects.  I am recommending that they have a thorough inspection by an independent inspector, but they'd also like some legal advice, maybe just "what if?"

Any recommendations?
