[WSBAPT] Promissory Note-DOT

Stepping outside of my comfort zone a bit, but I think it matters more whether it is actually secured, not whether or not it says that it is secured.

If there is a Deed of Trust, recorded against the property which properly refers to the note, I don’t think you have collection problems. If there is no Deed of Trust, obviously more problematic.
