Hello All,

I am working on a probate situation in which the estate holds a home that
was destroyed in a fire.  The PR needs to sell the home quickly, so we are
looking for developers who may be interested in purchasing a distressed
property.  The lot is about 6,200 square feet, located in Shoreline, and
zoned for medium residential use, which includes townhomes, duplexes, etc.

Any and all referrals/interested inquiries are welcome.
