[WSBAPT] Professional Fiduciary in San Diego CA?

Elderly father in WA has a son who dies in CA.  Son was a resident of CA and
all assets are in CA.  Estate may be worth about $150k but no one is down
there to open probate.  Anyone use a service in San Diego who can either do
all of the running around in CA on father's behalf or, maybe, even act as
the Son's personal representative?
