[WSBAPT] Need advice! WA Probate- will located in TX

Where's the TX jurisdiction? This looks no different than our 30 day will only filing. 

If the attorney insists, perhaps open intestate here and move to transfer original to King County go filing in your case to convert to a "with will annexed" version. 

But I think the TX attorney should respond to instructions from a duly appointed Administrator up here with a certified copy of a death certificate showing WA residence of decedent. There's no TX jurisdiction (unless ancillary because there's property down there).
