[WSBAPT] Subway Stores in Mexico

[Megan S. Farr]

Client (U.S. citizen) has a 50% interest in 4 Subway stores in Mexico.  He wants to sell them, but says he needs a business entity to do so. Anyone able to handle this?  If not, do you know of anyone who could/would?  I assume there are attorneys in AZ and CA who would know what he needs and could help.
