[WSBAPT] TEDRA arbitration questions

I have a TEDRA arbitration in which we have stipulated to the arbitrator.  I have filed the Notice of Arbitration pursuant to RCW 11.96A.310.
I have a few questions about TEDRA arbitrations:


1.      Are the fees for the arbitration paid by the Court/County as they are in MAR arbitrations?  Or are the parties responsible for their own arbitration fees/costs?

2.      Opposing counsel and I have agreed on the deadlines for discovery, briefing, etc.  Do we file a schedule with you and the Court?  If so, is there a form used for this purpose in TEDRA matters?  If yes, can someone provide a sample?  If not, I'm thinking of using the Exhibit Trial Setting Notice.
