Hello, Listmates.
I'm casting the wide-net on this one, since it might be somewhat specialized. Please pass onto anybody you think might fit the case.
I have a client who was storing a food truck worth 35,000 at a storage business. It got stolen somehow, they didn't apparently communicate this to him quickly and he is wondering if he has a cause of action against them. Not my field. I think he has funds to pay for a lawsuit. If anybody has some experience with this type of business or litigation involving them, I'll be happy to pass your name onto the client.
