Lisa, I have done this a couple of times, and agree with John's input, which might be particularly relevant if the unsigned changes dramatically change someone's share, or rights.

I have an open probate of a 2010 will.  The decedent was in the process of making significant changes to his will, but didn't complete them before he died.  Does anyone see a problem with using a TEDRA agreement, signed by all of the existing heirs, to probate the unsigned will instead?
