Affidavit of Community Property available at the DOR website is the most simple approach. Be sure to read the updated of WAC 458-61A-202, currently under consideration. http://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/law/wsr/2016/23/16-23-055.htm
If there is a Community Property Agreement this should be recorded as well.
 
Make sure to process the transfer using a Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit.

Does anyone know how to get a deceased's wife name off a house title she had with her husband?
 
The husband is trying to do pro se.
