I have a potential client who needs someone who handles larger estates.
He is unmarried, no kids, but in a long term relationship. He owns two
commercial properties with partners and is in the process of acquiring
more properties. He expects his estate may be in Federal Estate tax
range in the near future. He is also concerned about long term care
