Local client is successor trustee for Residuary Trust (from RLT).  Trust
written in DC, Trust Situs is DC, Trust assets largely in DC.  (Also some
beneficiaries in France).

 

I'd like to refer this nice woman to someone with DC license to practice.
Ideally someone with both WA and DC license.  Any suggestions?
